Job summary

RLI Insurance Company is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide front-line operational and customer support for personal and commercial lines. You will respond to inquiries, share product knowledge, and ensure policy alignment with customer needs.

You will research inquiries, prepare quotes, and bind coverage while coordinating with internal teams. A high school diploma is typical; P&C license is preferred and must be obtained within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma typically required.
• P&C license preferred but must be obtained within 3 months of employment.
• 0+ years of related experience; equivalent education/experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers and policyholders.
• Communicate via telephone, chat or email with internal or external channels.
• Research and provide appropriate answers to basic inquiries based on customer channel.
• Coordinate with Lindbergh Insurance Group for proper handling of inquiries.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
