RLI Corp in Peoria, IL seeks an entry-level Claims Administrator to provide basic operational and customer-service support within the claim department. You will process checks, wire transfers, denials, and letters while adhering to business rules and regulations.

You will handle claim intake, answer inquiries, scan documents, support TPAs, and help maintain electronic billing and reporting systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software.

Aufgaben

• Process and prepare recovery, expense, and indemnity checks, wire transfers, denials and letters per rules.
• Provide quality customer-service support to the Claim Department for inquiries and routing.
• Prepare incoming correspondences for scanning and import documents to queues and files.
• Support multiple TPA programs and assist in electronic billing system.
• Review, maintain and distribute various reports and codes.
• Assist on other projects as needed.
