Carter’s, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, help with product styles, and guide them through our promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

This role supports in-store and omnichannel service, handling POS transactions and replenishment. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced retail setting, with a commitment to inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers confidently and proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and keeping the store safe and clean.
