Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain products, and help with promotions and loyalty programs.

The role requires energy, flexibility, and a customer‑first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and keeping the store safe and clean.
