Job summary

Bloomingdale's is hiring a B-Helpful Professional to serve as a go-to resource for customers and associates in-store. You will manage the service hub, assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders (BOPS), process easy returns, provide tourism information, and help book in-store appointments for various services.

Successful candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or encouraged to apply.
• No experience required for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
