Job summary

Bloomingdale's seeks a B-Helpful Professional to be a highly energetic, in-store resource for customers and associates across the store. You will manage an in-store service hub, assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders (BOPS), process easy returns, provide tourism information, and facilitate booking of in-store services.

The role emphasizes speed, attention to detail, collaboration, and delivering a fun shopping experience for customers while leveraging technology in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• No experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
