Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a B-Helpful Professional to serve as a go-to resource for customers and associates across the store, delivering a fast, friendly and seamless shopping experience. You’ll manage an in-store service hub, assist with BOPs, easy returns and booking of in-store services.

With no experience required and a High School Diploma encouraged, you will engage diverse shoppers, embrace technology, and adapt to changing priorities while supporting merchandising and operational needs

Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• No experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
