Job summary

Servco Lexus Honolulu is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet walk-in customers and create a warm, professional showroom environment. You will manage daily floor activity, assist customers, collect contact information, and ensure accurate recording of visits and vehicle mileage.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of customer service or clerical experience, fast typing at 35 wpm, proficiency in Excel, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist and/or clerical experience.
• Must be able to type 35 wpm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership.
• Review dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generate floor activity reports.
• Provide customer service, including greeting and directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documenting vehicle mileage.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into the daily log.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls or relay messages to appropriate parties.
• Maintain professional appearance of showroom and work area.
