Lexus of Cool Springs is looking for an Automotive Sales Assistant to join a fast-paced, high-performing sales team. This full-time role focuses on supporting the Sales Department with world-class service and hands-on tasks in the dealership environment.

You will assist with daily operations, learn Lexus vehicle systems, manage content and social media, and help prep vehicles for delivery, while upholding safety and company standards. This position offers benefits and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $17–$18/hour,
• Weekly pay
• Full-time position, closed every Sunday and major holidays

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
