Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and assist with inquiries.
• Weigh/handle mail, process money orders and various payments as needed.
• Assist customers at registers and in other store areas to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to store policies.
• Answer phones and assist with routing calls and messages.
• Support team with in-store services like licensing, refunds, and inquiries.
