Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B accounts receivable and collections experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Deep understanding of accounts receivable principles, credit risk management, and collection techniques.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

Job Summary

The Customer Experience Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees daily credit and collection operations within the Business Support Center (BSC), leading a team of 6-9 Customer Experience Representatives managing national and strategic accounts. This role is responsible for driving receivables turnover, resolving billing disputes, and minimizing financial risk while maintaining strong commercial relationships. Working in close coordination with Division and Regional leadership, the Supervisor provides ongoing coaching, performance management, and strategic oversight to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
