Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized ready line area.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, prepped, and ready for customer pickup.
• Inspect vehicles for quality standards and pull any that don’t meet requirements for servicing.
• Facilitate vehicle exchanges, swaps, or upgrades based on customer requests.
• Confirm that a completed checkout slip accompanies each vehicle.
• Assist customers in locating their rental vehicle and help with luggage as needed.
• Support the flow of vehicles by moving and parking cars within the facility as needed.
• Provide a warm, friendly welcome to returning customers and inspect returning vehicles for damage and fuel levels.
• Review final rental contracts with customers and explain charges clearly.
• Verify and finalize customer rental agreements at the exit booth and obtain signatures.
• Scan and organize paperwork to ensure a smooth checkout process.
