Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in the United States (Fox Rent A Car locations in Oregon) seeks Customer Service Agents to greet customers, inspect vehicles, and guide pickups and returns. You will help with luggage, locate vehicles, and maintain a smooth flow of traffic in the facility.

The role covers Ready Line, Return, and Exit Booth duties, requiring strong communication, problem solving, and a patient, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to troubleshoot with a smile.

Responsibilities

• As Ready Line Agent, keep area clean, organized and presentable; assist customers locating vehicles and luggage; ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for pickup.
• As Return Agent, inspect returning vehicles for damage, record mileage and fuel levels; secure keys and process paperwork; explain final charges.
• As Exit Booth Agent, verify rental agreements, greet customers exiting, manage documents and signatures; keep booth tidy.
