Europcar Mobility Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Ready Line, Return or Exit Booth Agent to promote the brand and deliver memorable customer experiences from start to finish. You will manage clean ready-line areas, assist customers, inspect vehicles, and help with checkouts and returns.

Join a team focused on service excellence, vehicle readiness, and smooth customer journeys at the rental facility. A valid driver's license and strong interpersonal skills are required; no advanced degree

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized ready line area and ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped for pickup.
• Assist customers in locating their rental vehicle and help with luggage when needed.
• Inspect vehicles for quality; pull for servicing if needed and confirm checkout slips.
• Facilitate vehicle exchanges, swaps, or upgrades upon request.
• Review final rental contracts with customers and explain charges.
