Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking dedicated customer service agents to support Fox Rent A Car locations in Atlanta. You will assist with vehicle preparation, inspections, exchanges, and checkout processes to ensure a seamless rental experience for every customer.

In this role, you will greet customers, manage the ready line, and help with luggage and parking as needed. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing role requires friendliness, clear communication, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Keep ready line area clean and organized and vehicles prepared for pickup.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and assist with exchanges or upgrades.

At Fox Rent A Car, our Customer Service Agents are the face of the brand. Whether you’re getting cars ready, welcoming customers back, or managing the exit booth, your energy and care shape the experience from start to finish.

As a Ready Line Agent:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable ready line area
• Ensure all vehicles are meticulously cleaned, prepped, and ready for customer pick-up
• Inspect vehicles for quality standards and promptly pull any that need servicing
• Facilitate vehicle exchanges, swaps, or upgrades in response to customer requests
• Confirm that an adequately completed checkout slip accompanies each vehicle
• Assist customers in locating their rental vehicle and help with luggage when necessary
• Support the efficient flow of vehicles by moving and parking cars within the facility as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

As a Return Agent:

• Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all returning customers
• Conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles — check for damage, record mileage, and verify fuel levels
• Secure vehicle keys and ensure all personal belongings are safely removed
• Complete and submit the required paperwork to notify management of any mechanical damage or issues
• Review the final rental contract with the customer, clearly explaining all charges
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

As an Exit Booth Agent:

• Verify the completion and correctness of customer rental agreements before finalizing checkouts
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism as they exit the facility
• Efficiently scan and manage all necessary documents
• Obtain the customer’s signature on the checkout slip
• Keep the exit booth clean and organized, inside and out
• Send customers off with a safe journey and helpful local information
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

Education & Experience

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
