Job summary

Fox Rent A Car in Seattle, part of the Europcar Mobility Group USA, is hiring Customer Service Agents for Ready Line, Return, and Exit Booth roles. You will greet customers, prep vehicles, inspect resets, and guide guests through the rental process with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• As Ready Line Agent: maintain a clean, organized ready line area and ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped for pickup.
• As Return Agent: greet returning customers, inspect vehicles for damage, check mileage and fuel levels, and secure belongings.
• As Exit Booth Agent: verify rental agreements, collect signatures, keep the exit booth tidy, and assist customers with directions.
