Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the friendly face at our airport location. You will manage the ready line, assist customers with vehicle exchanges, and ensure smooth checkout and exit processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, verifying documents, and guiding customers through final charges with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
