Hanover Consumer Coop Society is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers across our Co-op locations. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, maintaining the Customer Relations Center, and supporting Education programs and member signups.

You will work with Marketing, Member Services, Outreach, andStore operations to ensure consistent, customer-centric communication and branding. Strong teamwork and adaptability are essential.
