Job summary

Hanover Consumer Coop Society is seeking staff to deliver outstanding customer service and assist daily department operations in our retail setting. You will stock shelves, prepare and package product, and help maintain attractive, accurate displays for shoppers. Role requires strong teamwork, reliable attendance, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or better.
• Ability to represent the Co-op in a positive manner.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment.
• Proficiency with computer software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to shoppers and location.
• Assist in daily department operations and stocking.
• Maintain product presentation, rotate stock, and inspect freshness.
• Answer calls promptly and assist front end and service desk tasks.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and team to meet location needs.
