Job summary

Eide Mandan Ford is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Mandan, ND. You will be the first point of contact, building authentic customer relationships and supporting store sales with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

High School diploma OR GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicating with customers in a professional manner via phone, text, email and in person.
Build rapport with customers while at the dealership.
Confirm appointments and prepare vehicles for appointments.
Prepare vehicles for demonstration drives and ensure they are clean and presentable.
Demonstrate vehicle features and technology to customers.
Organize necessary paperwork for customers and staff.
Transport vehicles to the wash bay and for demonstrations.
Deliver sold vehicles and explain features.
Arrange vehicle transport for accessories installation.
Resolve customer issues professionally.
