Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila is seeking a customer service professional to be the primary contact for clients, delivering friendly, expert support for products and subscription services. You will investigate customer feedback and resolve issues across the journey, contributing to enhanced satisfaction in a fast-paced onsite environment at Inoza Tower and Bridgetowne.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setup.
• Minimum high school education (old curriculum).
• Willingness to work at Inoza Tower, BGC, Taguig City and Exxa, Bridgetowne.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional experiences.
• Provide product knowledge and educate customers on new features to optimize their subscription.
• Investigate customer feedback and complaints across the full customer journey to provide effective solutions.
• Demonstrate confidence across all contact channels and achieve individual KPIs.
• Monitor Gmail, Slack, and other channels daily to stay informed on communications.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy—track, report and document issues to improve service.
• Suggest improvements to internal procedures and participate in relevant projects.
• Act as an expert on company policies, tools, and systems.
