Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a motivated retention specialist to join our team in Inoza tower, BGC. You’ll manage inbound retention calls, nurture relationships, and use retention offers to upsell Beer52 products, helping drive customer satisfaction and revenue.

You’ll participate in trainings, cross-trainings, and ongoing development in a fast-growing global BPO environment, with a focus on collaborative culture and performance.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound retention calls and maintain customer relationships.
• Negotiate using retention offers to upsell/cross-sell Beer52 products.
• Retain customers in line with Beer52 guidelines and protocols.
• Attend 1:1s, meetings, huddles and trainings.
• Participate in cross-trainings and upskilling initiatives.
