Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL, combining service energy with sales drive to grow memberships and loyalty.

You will welcome customers, educate on memberships, and turn service into sales while maintaining a clean, safe site and logging feedback for continuous improvement. This role is outdoors, requires evenings and weekends, and welcomes bilingual candidates where applicable.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.

• Goal-oriented and results-driven; understands metrics.
• Strong empathy with sales drive and ability to adjust approach.

• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoor work.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus in some markets.

• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
