El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers, educate on memberships, and turn visits into lasting loyalty. You’ll help shape a fast-paced, welcoming environment while hitting membership targets and delivering exceptional service.

The role requires high energy, strong communication, and the ability to handle concerns on the spot. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected; outdoor work in various conditions is common.

Handle the hard moments — Resolve concerns quickly and professionally. When things go sideways, you make it right and leave them impressed.

Keep the site sharp — Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment — your standards are visible in every customer-facing area.

Capture what matters — Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy
• Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers and you care about hitting them
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly
• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
