El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of EL. You will blend genuine service energy with sales drive to grow memberships and foster lasting loyalty.

As a frontline role, you’ll welcome customers, educate on Unlimited Membership, and close sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming site and logging feedback for continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
