Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor in Matteson, IL to be the face of EL, delivering energetic service and driving unlimited membership growth.

You will greet customers, educate them on the Unlimited Membership, turn interactions into loyalty, handle concerns professionally, maintain a welcoming site, and capture feedback to help the team improve. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

Capture what matters - Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
