Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting service customers warmly and professionally.
• Manage service communications with incoming calls and status updates.
• Create and process repair orders accurately and route to technicians; review repair documentation before invoicing.
• Consult with customers on repairs and ESP claim approvals.
• Handle service payments and cash management with integrity.
• Balance multiple priorities in a high-energy environment and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
