Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Customer Engineering Manager for our Fraud Defense services team to grow the reCAPTCHA business. You will lead a high-performing team of trusted advisors, partnering with customers to discover, design, and implement secure, compliant solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to unblock technical blockers, deliver demos and PoCs, and communicate value through white papers and briefings. Competitive compensation and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Leadership experience (e.g., people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching).
• Experience with security technologies or concepts.
• Experience with technical conversations, demos, prototyping, or workshops with customers.
• Experience with the adoption of specialized workloads (e.g., Cloud AI, Data Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-performing Customer Engineering team that meets and exceeds quarterly business goals.
• Support your team’s partnership with reCAPTCHA Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Enable your team to demonstrate and validate solution benefits of User Protection Services products.
• Lead a team responsible for technical aspects of solutions, including support for reCAPTCHA opportunities and customer relationships.
• Ensure team delivers product messaging using presentations, white papers, and trial management.
