Google Cloud is seeking a Sales Manager for Fraud Prevention to lead a specialist team driving the growth of the Fraud Defense (reCAPTCHA) portfolio with enterprise customers. The role focuses on transforming sales through consultative value selling and building trusted relationships across new and existing business.

You will mentor a high-performance team, balance pipeline development with customer success, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver compelling business use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise customer-facing sales.
• 5+ years leading an enterprise sales team in cybersecurity or IT.
• Experience planning and executing data/analytics transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-performing security sales team and culture focused on growth.
• Drive pipeline and manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term direction with customers and accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to understand customers and deliver strong experiences.
• Represent the team in regional forecasts and provide timely performance data.
