Willow, a Seattle-based provider of an Operational AI platform for built environments, seeks a Customer Engineering Manager to own end-to-end customer onboarding. You will lead cross-functional teams across integration, data, SMEs, Solutions Architects, Sales, and Product, ensuring on-time value delivery and strong customer partnerships.

You’ll leverage AI onboarding tooling, drive adoption, and align product roadmaps with customer needs.

Qualificações

• BS or equivalent in engineering, CS, or software engineering.
• 5+ years delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in Mechanical/HVAC or Building Automation Systems.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and building systems knowledge.
• Familiar with Fault Detection & Diagnostics and Continuous Commissioning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and define milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and groups.
• Prioritize multiple customers and manage scope and trade-offs.
• Manage risks, escalations, and reporting to leadership.
• Partner with Product/Engineering/Sales to align roadmaps with customer value.
