Willow Technologies seeks a Customer Engineering Manager to own onboarding from kickoff to live value, guiding cross-functional teams that connect, model, and activate each building. You’ll serve as the customer’s trusted technical partner and drive successful deployments of Willow’s platform.

The role requires strong program management, building systems knowledge (HVAC/BMS), and experience with AI onboarding tools to accelerate time-to-value. Remote US-based with preference for certain states.

Qualificações

• Bachelor level engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years delivering engineering projects or consulting.
• Experience in Mechanical/HVAC or Building Automation Systems.
• Strong understanding of building systems and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Fault Detection & Diagnostics, Commissioning, and M&V.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and deployment lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions and functions.
• Provide expert guidance and train customers on Willow’s product and Skills library.
• Maintain customer health, adoption, ROI, and renewal support.
• Lead internal teams on implementing Skills for customer buildings and systems.
