Job summary

Willow is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team and work with enterprise customers from initial rollout to full AI adoption. You’ll bridge engineering, product, and customer success to deliver rapid value in complex environments.

You’ll deploy Willow, translate customer needs into product insights, and partner with security and IT leaders to scale production deployments. This role requires strong code literacy, excellent communication, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, PS, FDE).
• Strong engineering fundamentals: read/write code and debug production issues.
• Translate customer needs into product insights.
• Excellent English communication and empathy for customers.
• Passionate about AI and current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate Willow into complex enterprise environments.
• Be the trusted technical partner for customers and understand their stack.
• Translate customer needs into product insights and drive improvements.
• Lead AI adoption discussions with security and IT leaders to move to production.
• Build tooling, scripts, and integrations to accelerate deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to ship field-informed improvements.
