Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Platform Customer Engineer to partner with technical sales teams and differentiate Google Cloud for customers. You will be the customer’s technical partner, conducting tech-led conversations, addressing questions, and architecting cross-pillar cloud solutions to solve business challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience communicating with technical stakeholders or executives is required.
Experience in cloud native architecture and cloud platform ecosystems are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy for targeted sales motions.
Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture to demonstrate value across the portfolio via demos, pilots, and workshops.
Architect cross-pillar solutions and define initial delivery plans for customers; lead technical engagements in the solution phase.
Support pricing activities and transition the delivery plan to implementation teams post-sale.
Monitor progress against the delivery plan and assist cross-functional teams during ramp, migration or implementation phases.
