Job summary
Octane Lending in Irving, TX is hiring Consumer Engagement Representatives to support our Servicing Center for Powersports loans. You will handle high-volume calls, process payments, and resolve customer issues via phone and chat.
The role requires a HS diploma, 2 years of customer service, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and proficiency with Word/Excel and LoanPro. We offer health, PTO, retirement, and tuition assistance.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required (some college coursework a plus)
- Minimum 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Able to master use of web-based system of record (LoanPro)
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent people skills and strong customer service attitude
- Flexible schedule with potential overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day
- Process phone payments
- Conduct outbound customer interview calls
- Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat
- Resolve common customer concerns regarding powersports loan
- Meet monthly productivity and quality goals
- Comply with all applicable collection and servicing laws
