Job summary

Edenred is hiring a Customer Enablement Partner to drive customer outcomes, adoption, and engagement across a portfolio of clients. You will partner with Account Managers to deliver consultative recommendations and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Required is a minimum of 4 years in client-facing roles, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Salesforce, Zendesk, Power BI, and Tableau familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a client-facing customer service or support role.
• Experience supporting executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and planning.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor engagement metrics, platform utilization, and trends to spot risks and opportunities.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business objectives.
• Drive platform adoption and remove barriers to enrollment and usage.
• Deliver data-driven reviews and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes and retain customers.
