Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a client-facing customer service or support role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor engagement metrics and platform usage to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop customer success plans aligned to client objectives and drive adoption.
• Support business reviews with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions with product, operations, and account teams.
