You’ll work at the cutting edge of conversational AI, collaborating with our product team to shape strategy based on field observations. The role emphasizes Python proficiency, backend or systems experience, and the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering.
• Proficient in Python; TypeScript/JavaScript a plus.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: vector databases, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand operations and deliver AI solutions that work from day one.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for conversational AI—APIs, integrations, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and deployments.
• Identify patterns across deployments and feed insights back into our core product roadmap.
• Operate with high autonomy in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
