Job summary

Purple Squirrel Enterprises is assisting a health technology SaaS client with the Head of Customer Education role. This remote, US-based position includes up to 20% travel and full-time (W2). You will lead customer education, design curricula, build a scalable LMS-enabled program, and partner with Product and Compliance to ensure HIPAA-aware training.

You will manage onboarding, certification, and a train-the-trainer program, growing a small team as the function matures. East Coast hours apply.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer education, training, enablement, or L&D within healthcare SaaS.
• Experience designing curricula, live/virtual training, and self-serve resources.
• Experience selecting/implementing LMS and creating certification programs.
• Ability to lead/train-the-trainer programs and build a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead training onboarding for new customers across healthcare settings, in person and virtually.
• Design tiered curricula and develop materials (presentations, guides, articles, videos).
• Create assessments and certifications with gatekeeping and recertification rules.
• Own LMS evaluation, implement learning platform, and govern training data (HIPAA aware).
• Build train-the-trainer programs, coach Super Users, and scale the function.
• Define KPI framework linking training outcomes to CSAT, NRR, and renewals.
