Job summary

Gifthealth Inc is seeking a Patient Education Specialist Lead to oversee patient education programs and lead a team of Patient Education Specialists. The role involves nursing oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high-quality patient education and care coordination.

Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Pharmacy Operations, and senior leadership will be essential to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Strong communication and EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
Training in pediatric and adult education principles; certification preferred.
RN license active and unrestricted.
3–5 years of clinical nursing experience; leadership preferred; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Patient Education Specialists.
Oversee nursing functions within the team.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and SOPs.
Develop and update evidence-based patient education materials.
Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve patient issues and improve satisfaction.
