QNB Bank is seeking a proactive Universal Banker to join our Montgomery County, Royersford branch. You will build trusted customer relationships through courteous, confidential service and consultative selling.

You will handle deposits, loans, and various branch duties, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with bank policies. The role requires strong communication, problem solving and team motivation skills, with ongoing training and notary responsibilities as needed.

Formación

• Must be proficient in all aspects of job.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Complete Universal Banker Certification Checklist and fulfill re-certification requirements annually.
• Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way when dealing with both internal and external customers.
• Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods – all day if necessary.
• Successful in motivating team members in all aspects of QNB's Service Excellence.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 25-30-pound coin bags.
• Communication skills that model QNB's sales efforts; including ability to identify and fulfill customers' current and future needs.
• Requires strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills. Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent.
• (completion Of Some College Courses Preferred But Not Required).
• Fulfill QNB compliance in operations and security procedures by adhering to government regulations, QNB policy, and established procedures.
• This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
• Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.
• PA Notary as needed by the Branch (To be determined by Branch Manager). If required, PA Notary must be maintained by completing renewal package prior to Notary Expiration.
• Ability to solve problems and carry on without supervision.
• Preferred training, Experience And Education: Banking Fundamentals and Consumer Lending.

• Builds customer relationships by representing QNB courteously and professionally, providing prompt service.
• Evaluates customer needs with open-ended questions and refers to appropriate resources.
• Open, closes, and services deposit products; can take and disburse loans.
• Performs branch tasks including cash handling and balancing where applicable.
• May assist in training personnel and participate in committees like Safety Committee.
• Assists in cash and branch settlement processes and training.
• Relates well to others and supports community involvement.
• Completes compliance training and applies it to duties.
• Availability for all operating branch hours including holidays and weekends.
• Assumes additional duties as requested.
• Preferred completion of Banking Fundamentals and Consumer Lending courses.
