Job summary

C&N is seeking a Universal Banker in Bucks County, PA to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers. You’ll process transactions, open accounts, educate customers on digital banking, and support neighboring branches as needed.

In this role you’ll help customers meet their financial goals, identify opportunities for tailored solutions, and refer to banking partners when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to educate customers and cross-sell digital banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience by building relationships and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Process teller and account transactions accurately to support daily branch operations.
• Assist customers with opening deposits, enrolling in digital banking, and using C&N's technology solutions.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate banking partners when needed.
