Northwest is seeking an Universal Banker in Mill Hall, PA to deliver exceptional customer service while handling a wide range of banking transactions. The role includes opening accounts, guiding customers through product options, and coordinating lobby operations.

You will build client relationships, identify needs, and refer complex cases to specialists. The position emphasizes a digital-first approach and teamwork within the Financial Center.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Less than one year banking and/or retail experience or less than one year sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and guide their experience in the Financial Center.
• Process deposits, payments, checks for cashing and other transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell deposit accounts and refer to experts for insurance, investments, and lending products.
• Build relationships by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Engage in outbound calls and referrals to generate sales opportunities.
• Support tellers with digital tools and transaction processing while focusing on a streamlined sales and service experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and federal/state regulations.
