Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Universal Banker Certification Checklist.
• Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank positively with customers.
• Motivation and teamwork to support QNB's Service Excellence.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–30 lb coin bags.
• Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships and represents QNB professionally.
• Provides prompt, courteous service and processes transactions.
• Uses consultative selling and cross-selling to meet customer needs.
• Opens, closes, and services deposits and loans as needed.
• Balances cash drawer and operates cash handling systems accurately.
• Completes compliance training and adheres to bank policies and regulations.
• Supports branch operations and training of personnel as assigned.
• Maintains branch hours including holidays and weekends.
• Participates in community involvement and committees as needed.
