Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank positively with customers.
• Strong reading, writing and arithmetic abilities.
• Completion of the Universal Banker Certification and renewals annually.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a banking environment.
• Adherence to compliance and security procedures per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by representing QNB to customers in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner.
• Opens, closes, and services all deposit products and may process loan disbursements.
• Balances cash drawer and TCR; performs branch transactions and related duties.
• May assist in training personnel and participate in committees (e.g., Safety).
• Ensures branch cash and settlement processes are completed accurately.
• Supports community involvement through local volunteer or charitable activities.
• Completes required compliance training and applies it to duties.
• Maintains branch hours including holidays and weekends.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
