Armstrong Bank seeks a Teller to deliver exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions and identifying customer financial needs. The successful candidate will be friendly, team-oriented, and proactive in responding to customer needs.

Responsibilities include handling lobby and drive-thru transactions, building customer relationships, and maintaining knowledge of bank products, with strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Process teller transactions for lobby and drive-thru areas, knowledgeable of all Teller functions including but not limited to verifying deposits, examining endorsements and negotiability of items presented, and verifying signatures.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers; interpret needs and recommend bank products or services.
• Be positive, professional, proactive in daily interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration to build relationships with coworkers.
• Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services offered.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements.
