We hire all levels, including entry level, for full-time and part-time roles across first, second, and third shifts. Team Members ensure smooth store operations, assist customers, and support sales growth with a strong emphasis on service and safety.

Competenze

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations in a quick timeline.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
• Must be 18+ for 1st/2nd shift; 21+ for 3rd shift.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

• Managing the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted quickly.
• Stocking products on shelves and maintaining a clean, professional store appearance.
• Providing prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintaining a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshooting car wash issues and preparing shift reports.
• Crossing and upselling store products to increase sales.
• Escalating high-priority issues to management.
• Additional duties as assigned.
