West Coast Convenience hires for Loop Neighborhood Market and related brands in California. We seek team members who enjoy interacting with customers and can work all three shifts, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Team Members support daily station operations, ensure customer needs are met, and uphold core values of People, Teamwork, and Safety. Join us to deliver a best-in-class store experience.

Formación

• Flexible work schedule as needed.
• Ability to read/write English.
• Perform basic math including change calculation.
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cash register and balance money during shift.
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and surrounding areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues when needed.
• Prepare shift reports per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to manager.
