Positions include full-time and part-time, across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, with a focus on great customer experiences and store profitability. Team Members ensure smooth station operations, balance cash, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store and surrounding property.

Qualifications

• Flex schedule required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash.
• Ability to validate IDs for tobacco/alcohol sale where required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Remain calm and follow procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerate gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in coolers, outdoors, and station environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during shift.
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
