Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead store execution and customer service in Freehold Township, New Jersey. You will support the Store Management team, supervise staff when managers are away, open and close procedures, and uphold CVS performance standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

This part-time position requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to handle customer questions and store operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical thinking and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision skills are required.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and coordinate activities to support store management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promote CVS service culture and protect confidentiality.
• Price, stock and present merchandise; execute displays and planograms; maintain weekly and seasonal items.
