You will greet customers on the service drive, capture accurate guest concerns, and manage the repair experience from write-up to final delivery with clear communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to concerns and document vehicle symptoms accurately.
• Perform a complete service walk-around and review history.
• Prepare accurate labor and parts estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Communicate repairs and estimates to customers and update progress throughout the day.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers and follow up for satisfaction.
